"Sexual undercurrent in Bottle Fairy"

I really saw no such thing in the series.

And I just want to say, the Party Night version used in the video is "Hyper Para Para version". They have regular and "Para Para Arrange" version on the CD. Really disspointing that they didn't have the one used in the show on the CD. I enjoyed the music in the video a lot more than the ones on the CD. And something tells me that Party Night is one of those songs where they made countless versions and mixes of it.

Also, it said you were reviewing the Limited Edition. The one with the box and figures and manga?

Whenever anyone mentions this show, I have to go "squee". I love this show so much, it's not even funny.

I'm actually surprised at how close vocally the English cast is. However, I think the reason it fails is that the show is primarily gag humor, some of which is hard to convey across cultural lines. They get points for trying, though.

I'm a little surprised the Story grade wasn't an F, seeing as there really wasn't any story to begin with aside from moe mascots beating the snot out of each other. (Go Usada!) I guess with such a spectacular package overall, you really can't flunk anything.

I didn't really notice the sexual undercurrent, even in the swimsuit episode. If it was there, it wasn't even that strong though. Or maybe I'm just desensitized to it.

But, wow, I wasn't expecting Di Gi Charat to get a good review. And from Zac, amazing. My friend thinks the show's either a stupid comedy or disgustingly cute show and refuses to watch it, maybe I can persuade him with this. The series isn't even that long.

BTW does anybody know whatever happened to Bandai releasing Di Gi Charat Nyo? They were going to release it but then canceled it like a month or something before the release and there's been no news since then, and it's been like 9 months since that. They even had the voice cast set, packaging, retail price and everthing and I remember seeing a preview for it on another DVD. Did they just drop it?
