Gundam models exposed in Private Museum
According to Asahi Shimbun, six plastic Zaku models, one of the enemy side's mobilesuits in Gundam, will be exposed in Paris in a private art museum, called "Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain," until October 27th. They are part of an exposition on Modern (post World War II) Japanese Culture that includes many other facets of Japanese culture and subculture. Takashi Murakami, modern artist, selected the 1m 47cm high models for the exposition.
Murakami told Asahi Shimbun, "French attendants wondered why Japanese love to play with a toy even as adults."
There is a website presenting the exposition : www.fondation.cartier.fr
