Quick Reminder: MAICon Returns to Launceston on Saturday

Miniature AICon (MAICon) returns this Saturday the 5th of September at the University of Tasmania's Launceston campus.

The yearly fun-sized MAICon packs the best bits of AICon into a single day of cosplay, fashion, fighting (games), art, anime and a few traders on the side. MAICon is run by the organisers of Anime Island Convention (AICon), Tasmania's longest running pop culture convention.
  • Where: Sir Raymond Ferrall Centre, Faculty of Arts & G Block Gym- University of Tasmania, Launceston Campus - Newham Drive, Launceston.
  • When: 5th of September, 2015. 9:30am to 6:00pm.
  • Cost: $15 Adults, Under 15's $5, Under 10's free.

Special events this year include Pokemon Gym Leader Battles where you can challenge one of five special MAICon gym leaders, Have You Been Watching? a new participation game-show and their ever popular games room.
