Warner Brothers began streaming a promotional video on Monday for the second anime DVD based on Hirohiko Araki's Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan (Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai) manga.

The anime features a returning staff, including director Toshiyuki Kato, anime studio david production, assistant director Yasufumi Soejima, character designer Shun'ichi Ishimoto, Stand designer Kenta Mimuro, and composer Yūgo Kanno.
The cast for the anime includes:
- Takahiro Sakurai as Rohan Kishibe
- Atsumi Tanezaki as Naoko Ōsato
- Junji Majima as Gunpei Kamafusa
- Takamasa Mogi as Minoru Kaigamori
- Yūki Kaji as Kōichi Hirose

The manga previously inspired an original anime DVD (OAD) for those who purchased all 13 DVD or Blu-ray Disc volumes of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable anime. The anime adapted the "Fugō Mura" (Millionaire Village) story from the manga. The anime shipped last year.
Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai is a series of one-shots starring the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable character Rohan Kishibe, who is also Araki's fictional alter ego. Shueisha published the first compiled book volume of the different Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai stories in November 2013. The manga's latest installment, titled "Episode 10: The Run," debuted on Monday in the 13th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.
