That’s terrible. I’ve enjoyed all her roles that I’ve heard; not to start discourse, but she’s still my favorite Misty and Jessie.

Reading the go-fund-me page, this sounds so awful. I sincerely hope she's able to get the home care she needs to be able to move out of the nursing home and live more comfortably.
She's so young too, only in her mid-40s. It's just heartbreaking.

Saw this announcement on Twitter/X today, this is so sad to hear/see. I hope she'll be OK, wish her a best recovery.

This is so heartbreaking. She was one of the biggest voices of my childhood and I hate that she has to go through with this.
I plan on contributing.

That's terrible to hear. I've always felt bad the Pokémon company has been reusing her voice clips for years after replacing her. She hasn't been active in recent years but I was hoping to hear her again.

I remember Rachael Lillis tweeting her frustrations that Detective Pikachu used her Jigglypuff voice without even crediting her.

My goodness,this is sad. Rachel Lillis got cancer? I've just donated to the GoFundMe page because I thought she needed this. I hope she get better. She doesn't deserve this.

wasn’t that the same thing that almost happened with the first movie when they almost got a celebrity voice cast?

Even if you have health insurance unless you’re making bank the costs of a treatment or care are not going to be be entirely covered and can wipe you out financially.

Iirc she was credited but didn’t know until the movie was out and someone told her on Twitter. Wasn’t paid either even though the movie made half a billion.

God, this is awful.  The OG Pokemon dub is absolutely iconic, and probably the first exposure I ever had to anime. I'd never even realized that Misty and Jessie (and Jigglypuff!) shared the same actress. Wishing Rachael the very best in her fight. **** cancer.
